Description
The ACT-H3K-CG624 adapter card is designed to support the RTAX units in the CG624 package. With the integrated A3PE3000 chip, the adapter meets the capacity requirements for RTAX-S / SL up to 2000S. The BGA balls on the bottom mimic the space requirements of the CG624 package, allowing the adapter to be mounted directly on the target board in the location of the RTAX chip.
