The Micsig OP500-2 (500X) is a probe tip for the glass fibre insulated probes of the SIGOFT series for a voltage range of ±625V.
The probe tips are available for 10X, 20X, 50X, 100X, 200X, 500X, 1000X, 2000X and 5000X as well as in 200 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz.
