Hardware details
The SSA3000X-R spectrum analysers from Siglent offer a frequency range from 9 KHz up to a maximum of 7.5 GHz. The Siglent SSA3032X-R real-time spectrum analyser is a powerful and flexible tool for analysing complex RF spectra and signals. With a real-time bandwidth of up to 40 MHz and a POI of 7.2 μs, the analyser can display multi-dimensional data and provide advanced triggering and RF data acquisition to solve modern RF spectrum challenges such as hopping frequency, conflict channel, spectrum interference. Applications include broadcast monitoring and evaluation, cell site, IoT, WiFi, Bluetooth surveying, research and development, education, production and maintenance.
Product highlights

1 Hz minimum resolution bandwidth
The minimum resolution bandwidth (RBW) of 1 Hz makes it possible to analyse signals with minimal frequency differences.

Particularly low inherent noise
The SSA3000X-R series offers a low-noise, high-performance RF front end with a low Displayed Average Noise Level (DANL) of only -165 dBm/Hz and a standard integrated preamplifier. The high sensitivity enables weak signals to be analysed.

Excellent phase noise behaviour
Thanks to the particularly low phase noise of < -98 dBc / Hz (fc=1 GHz, @10 kHz), most synthesisers and signal generators can be analysed.

Large multi-touch screen
A high-resolution 10.1-inch screen with multi-touch ensures simple and efficient operation. Even a mouse and keyboard can be used via USB.

Distance to error mode
Cable and antenna test based on timing domain analysis

Vector network analyser mode
100 kHz - 7.5 GHz Vector S11 and S21 measurement, overlay display for multiple formats

Reflection measurement
VSWR and return loss measurement with Q-value measurement

Real-time analysis mode
Density, 3D, spectrogram, PvT, multi-view and dimensions for monitoring complex signals

EMI measurement mode (EMI option)
Comprehensive EMC compliance measurements with CISPR 16-1-1 EMI filter and integrated CISPR band A/B/C/D presets. Supports peak, quasi-peak and EMI average detectors and multiple pre-stored standards for convenient comparison of emissions to regulatory limits. Bar graph displays and continuous monitoring of the signal allow quick detection of maximum amplitude.

Modulation analysis mode (AMA/DMA option)
Vector signal modulation analysis for analogue (AM/FM) and digital (ASK/FSK/PSK/MSK/QAM) signals. Supports Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) analysis as well as data recording on the computer and playback of recorded data together with a Siglent SSG5000X RF signal generator.
