Deliveries within Germany:
For deliveries within Germany, shipping costs of 9.50 euros apply. (flat rate)
Delivery with DHL Express costs 39 Euro. (flat rate)
As part of our shipping promotion, shipping of all Siglent & Micsig products is free for orders over 149 Euro.
Delivery within Europe
For deliveries within the EU and abroad, shipping costs of 14.50 euros apply.
As part of our shipping promotion, shipping of all Micsig & Siglent products is free of charge if the value of goods exceeds 159 Euro.
Delivery times
If in stock is stated in the item description and no other delivery time is specified, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 5 working days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your transfer).
For goods not in stock, the delivery time varies between 3-14 working days (please ask for the delivery time to receive an exact delivery date).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have paid in advance, the goods will be dispatched as soon as the amount has been credited to our account.
Software shipment
Software or licence keys are shipped either by instant download or by e-mail and are free of charge.
