Description
The Micsig DP1500 probe is part of Micsig's new series of cost-effective differential probes. The Micsig DP series probes can be used with your conventionally grounded oscilloscope to measure floating signals of up to 3000 V differential and common mode voltage in 1000:1 mode.
The high voltage differential probe has a very low noise floor and excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics. This makes it easy for users to test high frequency and high voltage signals.
Due to the 5 MHz bandwidth limitation, the probe effectively eliminates high frequency noise when measuring the FET switching frequency in switching power supplies. The probe also has a quick zero function, an LED overvoltage alarm, a dual range selection that improves the signal-to-noise ratio and a standard BNC interface. The probe is powered via USB, using either an external USB power supply or the USB port of the oscilloscope.

Low noise over the full bandwidth
To get an idea of the noise, short the input ends and connect them to channel 1. Set both attenuation ratios to 50X, the vertical scale to 250mV/div, the time base to 1ms and the input impedance to 1MΩ:

Excellent bandwidth flatness
The DP series probe has excellent bandwidth flatness and amplitude variations of less than 0.5dB within its half bandwidth range, high accuracy can be maintained even in high frequency bands.
