What is MemTest86?
MemTest86 is the original, free, standalone memory testing software for x86 and ARM computers. MemTest86 boots from a USB flash drive and tests the memory in your computer for errors using a comprehensive set of algorithms and test patterns.

Free, Professional or Site Edition Since MemTest86 v5, the software is offered as Free Edition or paid Pro and Site Edition. The Pro edition offers a range of additional features such as customizable reports and automation via a configuration file.
