Sensepeek's new SQ series of hands-free PCBite probes are insulated, come with colour-coded cable holders and have a lower centre of gravity, making them even more stable compared to the original SP probe series. All the popular features of hands-free measurement, interchangeable test needle with fine spring tip and minimalist design are retained, eliminating the need for traditional hand-held probes.

No more soldering wires to connect your probe or complicated tools to set it up, just position the probe needle at any test point or component in the signal path and release.

Saves time and frustration during development, verification and repairs.

The minimalist design and spring-loaded probe needle allow simultaneous measurement of fine pitch components and nearby signals.

The length and weight of the SQ probes are perfectly matched so that they can be used with the supplied PCB holders and base plate, which is a must for hands-free operation.

The probe holder, like all PCBite probes and holders, is equipped with a strong magnet in the base, making it easy to place and reposition the probe.

The SQ series probes can be used without a probe holder in the hand as they have an insulated handle. However, their full potential is utilised when measuring freehand.

One side of the base plate supplied is matt and the other is highly polished. The highly polished surface makes it easy to recognise components on the underside of the board. For additional protection during measurement, the supplied insulating cover can be mounted on one of the surfaces.
