The Micsig ETO5004 is a 500 MHz oscilloscope with a 14 inch display, making it ideal for laboratory use as a bench oscilloscope as well as for mobile applications. The oscilloscope also has a sampling rate of 3GSa/s, a memory depth of 360Mpts, a signal acquisition rate of 230,000 wfm/s and a replaceable battery with a 13,500 mAh battery.
The device is equipped with the SigtestUI™ multitasking system (customised Android system) and a fast chip to guarantee smooth operation. In addition, a 130 mm x 300 mm VESA mounting interface is integrated for greater compatibility
The ETO 5004 is equipped with a variety of ports, including USB 3.0/2.0 host, USB device, grounding socket, HDMI, trigger output, etc.
Due to the digital trigger system, the trigger jitter is very low and the triggering is highly precise. In addition, the oscilloscope supports serial bus trigger and bus decoding of RS-232/422/485/UART, CAN, CAN FD, LIN, SPI, I²C, ARINC-429, MIL-STD1553B ex works.
