Hardware details
The SDS2000X-E series incorporates a new generation of SPO technology. Due to this, it has outstanding signal fidelity, interference from the environment is much lower than comparable devices. The model series features an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, as well as a signal acquisition rate of 400,000 frames / sec (sequence mode). The minimum vertical input range is 500 uV / Div.The SDS2000X-E series also features a color temperature display mode and supports several powerful trigger modes, including serial bus triggering. Serial decoding is free and includes IIC, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN.History waveform recording and sequential triggering enable advanced recording and analysis.Another powerful addition is the new 1 Mpt mathematical FFT function, which gives the SDS2000X-E series very high frequency resolution when viewing signal spectra. The new design also includes a hardware coprocessor that delivers measurements quickly and accurately.Produkthighlights
USB WIFI Adapter
WiFi control can provide a convenient and secure method for configuring and collecting data. This new feature works with a Siglent approved WiFi adapter.
USB 25 MHz AWG Module
The optional 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator is operated
operated via the USB host connection. Functions include sine, square, ramp,
Pulse, Noise, DC, and 45 additional built-in waveforms. The arbitrary
waveforms can be called up and edited with the SIGLENT EasyWave PC
-software to call up and edit the waveforms.
Extensive connectivity options
The SDS2000X-E offers comprehensive connectivity options and supports USB host, USB device (USB-TMC), LAN (VXI-11), Pass/Fail and Trigger Out. All four-channel models also have the option of browser-based control via a web server.
Real-time update screen on the website
With 100 Mbit/s LAN, the internal web page can be updated at a rate of up to
10 times/s, providing a near real-time update of waveform data and measurements.

Web control
With the new embedded web server, users can control the SDS2000X-E from a simple web page. This provides wonderful remote troubleshooting and monitoring capabilities. The web page has PC and mobile styles that include an embedded virtual control panel.
Maximum sampling rate of 2 GSa/s & recording length of up to 28 Mpts
With hardware-based zoom technologies and a maximum recording length of up to
28 Mpts, users can use oversampling to record longer periods of time
with higher resolution, and use the zoom function to see more detail in each signal.
each signal.
Measurement up to 28 million points
The SDS2000X-E can apply automatic measurements to all sampled data points
up to 28 Mpts. This ensures the accuracy of the measurements, while the
the mathematical coprocessor reduces measurement time and increases ease of use.
16 digital channels/MSO option
With 16 Digital Channels, users can capture and trigger digital input channels and display digital and analog waveforms simultaneously with one instrument.
Bode Plot
The SDS2000X series can control the USB AWG module or an independent SIGLENT SDG device, query the amplitude and phase frequency response of a circuit, and display the data as a Bode plot. It can also display and export the result lists
Progress waveforms & segmented acquisition
Play back the most recently triggered events using the history function. Segmented memory capture stores the waveform in multiple (up to 80,000) memory segments, each segment stores triggered waveforms and time stamps each frame.
1 Mtps FFT function
The new mathematical coprocessor enables FFT analysis of incoming signals with up to 1 million samples per waveform. This provides high frequency resolution with a fast frame rate. The FFT function also supports a variety of windowing functions, allowing it to be adapted to different spectral measurement requirements.
Pass/Fail function on hardware basis
The pass/fail function performs up to 40,000 pass/fail decisions per second. Easy generation of user-defined test templates provides trace-mask comparison, making it suitable for long-term signal monitoring or automated production line testing.
Decoding function for serial bus
A serial bus decoding function is included as standard. The SDS2000X-E displays the decoding via the event list. Bus protocol information can be displayed quickly and intuitively in tabular form.
Signal acquisition rate Up to 400,000 wfm/s
With a signal acquisition rate of up to 400,000 wfm/s (sequence mode), the oscilloscope can easily capture low probability events.
Search and navigate
The SDS2000X-E can search for events specified by the user in a frame, and can also navigate by time (delay position) and recorded frames.
