Hardware details
The SPD4000X series programmable linear DC power supplies are equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT LCD display, a user-friendly man-machine interface and excellent power indicators. The SPD4000X series consists of three models with up to four independent outputs with a nominal output voltage of 32V, 12V or 30V and a total output power of 240W, 285W or 400W. The minimum resolution can be set to 1mV/1mA. The SPD4000X is equipped with overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection to protect the devices. Together, these features make the SPD4000X a high-precision, low-noise and highly reliable power supply solution suitable for use in production and research. The device is also equipped with a LAN/USB communication interface and a remote control function via a web page to meet various application scenarios.
Product highlights
High-resolution and high-precision output
The highest resolution of 1mV/1mA (SPD4000X) offers excellent setting and read-back accuracy. This ensures accurate output even with minimal changes in voltage or current. This is not possible with low resolution power supplies.
Series/parallel/independent mode
The series and parallel functions allow two channels to be combined into one output with higher output power, extending the range of applications. Each of the 4 channels can be switched on or off independently or together.
Real-time waveform display
The SPD4000X series programmable linear DC power supply is equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT LCD colour display with a resolution of 480×272. 4 channels of voltage and current waveforms can be set, allowing the user to dynamically and intuitively observe changes in the output state.
List of operations
By editing the single step setting values and duration, the list function can generate multiple sequences to fulfil complex test requirements. The user can edit the 50-step sequence natively or import the list sequence file via USB for multi-step operation. 8 sets of in-built list sequence output controls can be accessed via the control panel, allowing the user to easily programme performance.
Saving/recalling setting parameters
The power supply allows the user to save multiple file types for later recall. The power supply provides non-volatile internal memory and access to external memory via the USB host interface on the rear panel. Save setups, settings and more directly to the power supply or to a USB memory stick for transport.
