50-day return policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!
True to our motto, we grant all customers (including commercial customers) a 50-day return policy to remove any doubts. So take the time to test your purchase at your leisure.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, you can return it to us within 50 days of the invoice date and we will refund the full purchase price!

Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in their original packaging, with all accessories and without damage!

Excluded from the extended right of return are device options installed/activated by you and bulk orders procured especially for you as well as special items.

These conditions only apply to our extended right of return. The conditions for the statutory right of cancellation remain unaffected by this and can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
