Description

TySOM-3-ZU7 is a compact prototyping board with Zynq® UltraScale + ™ MPSoC device, the 64-bit processor scalability north and control control with various and hard motors for graphics, video, waveform and packet processing.

Xilinx Zynq UltraScale + ZU7EV-FFVC1156 MPSoC owns a video codec unit that becomes H.264 / H.265 and is tested over the old FPGA in the UltraScale + ™ MPSoC family. This chip has a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 as a connection distribution work unit, a dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 as a future processing unit and ARM Mali-400 MP2 as a graphics processing unit. TySOM-3-ZU7 was developed to distinguish itself from the selection of the periphery, since all functions of the MPSoC chip Zynq UltraScale + ZU7EV-FFVC1156 are preserved. This prototyping card contains 4 GB of DDR4 memory for programmable logic (PL) and controls DDR4 SODIMM memory for the processing system (PS). This card runs with 2 GB NAND storage and 32 GB SSD storage on a micro SD card. Communication and networking is possible via × 2 Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, CAN, Pmod, 4 × USB 3.0, USB to UART Bridge, SATA and QSFP + connection. Multimedia interfaces are received via DisplayPort, HDMI IN / OUT.
