Description
The Siglent SMM3311X source measurement unit is a single-channel precision device for source and measurement tasks in research and production. It offers 6½ digits (2,100,000 counts), a minimum programming and measurement resolution of 10 fA/100 nV and a maximum sampling rate of 100,000 points/s. The output covers ±210 V and up to 3.03 A DC, pulse operation up to ±10.5 A at 31.8 W. A 5-inch TFT touch display visualises measured values and curves directly on the device; SCPI, USB and LAN interfaces allow simple automation and integration into test benches.

The Siglent SMM3311X is a high-precision single-channel SMU for demanding characterisation and testing tasks. With 6½ digits (2,100,000 counts) and a programmable resolution of 10 fA/100 nV, the device combines fine measurement resolution with high dynamics. The output parameters range up to ±210 V and 3.03 A DC; in pulse mode, up to ±10.5 A is possible with a minimum pulse width of 50 µs. Typical areas of application are semiconductor characterisation, materials research, nanomaterial tests and power semiconductor transients. Setting and measuring accuracies are typically 0.015% + 225 µV for voltage and 0.1% + 100 pA for current. The sampling rate of 100,000 points/s and the support of DC, pulse, scan and list modes enable fast and reproducible measurement sequences. Local operation via 5-inch TFT touch display facilitates ad-hoc analyses; remote control via SCPI, USB and LAN supports test automation and data logging. Scan and list modes with automatic data storage and graphical evaluation simplify long-term measurements and characterisation routines.
