Description
The Tonghui TH1991/TH1992 series is a precise source measurement unit (SMU) with a 7″ capacitive touchscreen, Linux OS and four-quadrant voltage and current output. Single or dual-channel operation, integrated I/V curve sweep and sampling rates of up to 1,000,000 dots/s enable fast, independent tests without a PC connection.Features
