The TH6500 series is a programmable linear DC power supply with very fast voltage slew rate, high accuracy/resolution and compensation function to minimise line losses; it offers voltmeter and ohmmeter function, panel programming, OVP/OCP protection and RS232/USB/GPIB interfaces for automation and remote control.

  • Compensation function for line losses (four-wire measurement) 
  • Hardware OVP and OCP, alarmable events 
  • USB host for saving screenshots/firmware upgrade, RS232/USB device/GPIB (option) for data communication and
