Description
The TH8610 series are advanced cable/harness testers with 7″ TFT LCD user interface, versatile measurement and test functions (continuity, short circuit, insulation resistance, high voltage tests with arc detection) as well as automated search and sequence functions. They are available in two versions: TH8610 with 128-pin test positions and TH8610A with 64-pin test positions, optimised for different test setups and requirements.Features
- 7″ true-colour TFT LCD (800×480) with Chinese/English GUI and touch/keyboard operation
- Support internal and external four-wire measurement for precise conductivity and contact testing
- Test functions: Continuity, short circuit, instant short circuit, instant open circuit, instant continuity and broken/short end check
- Single/double-side test and automatic point search function for efficient measurement sequences
- Withstand voltage test with arc detection and patented high/low voltage separation (insulation up to >100 GΩ)
- Four high-voltage test modes (pairwise, dichotomy, automatic test, earthing test) for flexible test strategies
- Component test (resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.) using parallel voltage and current sampling for fast data acquisition
- Support for modern cable types (e.g. USB Type-C) with integrated test programmes and online fault diagnostics
- Extensive range of interfaces: RS232, HANDLER, RS485, GPIB, USB host/device for PC control and automation integration
