Description
The Control Center™ Serial Software provides easy access to all features of the Promira™ Serial Platform (with I2C or SPI applications installed), the Aardvark I2C/SPI host adapter and the Cheetah SPI host adapter. Within minutes developers can fully utilize the I2C, SPI and GPIO functionality.
Multiple Promira platforms, Aardvark or Cheetah adapters can easily be used at the same time. A virtually unlimited number of configurations are possible to help engineers develop and test their embedded systems.
I2C, SPI, GPIO
Full access to any Promira Platform, Aardvark or Cheetah Adapter feature with just a click of a button. I2C and SPI messages can be saved and loaded from binaries, so they don't have to be re-entered for each new session.

Batch scripting
Control Center Serial software now supports the creation of simple XML-based batch scripts. Create, run and save custom batch scripts to automate tasks. I2C, SPI and GPIO functions are available for maximum flexibility in the scripting language. A built-in help system is available to explain all commands in the GUI.
Examples of the XML batch scripts are included in the sample package and are available in the downloads section of the site.
Transaction log
All transactions performed by the Promira serial platform, Aardvark I2C/SPI host adapter or Cheetah SPI host adapter are stored in the transaction log. The log stores information about the type of transaction, features used, and the message sent. The data in the transaction log can be saved to a CSV file for data analysis.
Multiple adapters
Thanks to USB, multiple Promira platforms, Aardvark I2C/SPI host adapters or Cheetah SPI host adapters can be easily added and used simultaneously on a single computer. Each Control Center Serial Software window is tied to a separate adapter.
Cheetah GUI Functionality
Includes the Cheetah GUI functionality that allows users to access Cheetah adapter SPI functions. SPI messages can be saved and loaded from binaries so they don't have to be re-entered for each new session.
