Description
The Promira serial platform is designed so that its internal firmware (FW) can be updated by the user, allowing the incorporation of performance improvements or critical fixes that become available once the device is received.
The Promira Firmware Update (specific to your operating system) provides a one-step guided process to help you update your firmware.
See Section 6.1 of the Promira Serial Platform System User Manual for instructions on how to perform the firmware update.
Registration is required for all software downloads. If you don't already have an account, you will be prompted to create one before the download begins.
Note: Future versions of Promira firmware (after v2019-04-23) will not be compatible with API versions older than v1.40. We recommend all customers using the API to update to the latest API v1.4 to maintain compatibility with future firmware versions.
