    Description

    The 2nd Gen Chip Grinding Machine is specially designed for the precise grinding of touch ICs and mainboard chips. With its compact A4 format and a maximum idle speed of 24,000 rpm, it offers high load capacity and efficiency. A 0.8 inch OLED display allows the speed to be checked at any time. The integrated, high-speed brushless internal rotor motor in aerospace quality ensures powerful and precise sanding. Thanks to the linear rail and limiting blocks on both sides, the sanding depth, width and length can be set precisely. The rotatable multi-angle holder makes it easy to process differently shaped mainboards, touch ICs, NAND and other chips.
