Description
The ATTEN ST-7800 is a thermal preheating or reflow platform for the gentle heating of PCBs before soldering or desoldering.
The 800 watt output compared to the 400 watt output of the ST-7500 station enables faster heating and increases temperature stability.
This platform is used in particular in electronics repair and production to minimise the risk of component damage due to thermal shock. Uniform preheating of the circuit board means that soldering work can be carried out more efficiently and safely - for example during BGA/SMD repairs or when removing heat-sensitive components.
The ST-7800 has an antistatic design, three quickly selectable temperature settings, a temperature lock and precise PID control in the range from 50 °C to 500 °C, making it ideal for professional rework applications.
