Leakage current testing of 15-channel chip tantalum capacitors
The customer required a multi-channel test system to measure the leakage current of capacitors . Based on these requirements, the TH300-C15 was customized.
The system can measure the leakage current of up to 15 capacitors simultaneously and perform various analyses and processing of the measured values. This significantly improves production testing efficiency.
Compared to the previous conventional single-channel testing with the same output power, approximately US$8,000 in company costs can be saved per production batch.
