The Tonghui TH1932 is a 2-channel low-noise SMU with 7″ touchscreen, ±210 V/±3.03 A DC, ±10.5 A pulse, 6½-digit source & measurement and 10 fA/0.1 μV resolution.
Description
The Tonghui TH193X series combines high-precision source measurement function with a 7″ capacitive touchscreen, Linux OS and four-quadrant voltage and current output up to ±210 V/±3.03 A DC (±10.5 A pulse). With resolutions up to 10 fA/0.1 μV and sampling intervals from 1 μs, it is ideal for fast, stand-alone I/V measurements without a PC connection.Features
