The SIGLENT SSA3000X-R real-time spectrum analyzers are powerful and flexible tools for complex RF signal monitoring and analysis. With a capacity of 40 MHz analysis bandwidth and 7.2 µs 100% POI, the analyzer can provide multi-dimensional data displays, advanced triggering, and RF data acquisition to solve modern RF spectrum challenges such as skip frequency, conflict channel, spectrum interference, etc. They also offer a standard tracking generator for network analysis, optional wideband digital modulation analysis, and EMI precompliance testing.
Applications include broadcast monitoring/evaluation, cellular sites, IoT, WiFi, Bluetooth surveying, R&D, education, manufacturing and maintenance.
1 Hz Minimum Resolution Bandwith
The minimum resolution bandwidth (RBW) of 1 Hz makes it possible to examine even signals with minimal frequency differences.
Particularly low inherent noise
The SSA3000X-R series offers a low-noise, high-performance RF front-end with low inherent noise (Displayed Average Noise Level, DANL) of only -165 dBm/Hz and a standard integrated preamplifier. The high sensitivity enables the analysis of weak signals.
Excellent phase noise behavior
Due to the particularly low phase noise of < -98 dBc / Hz (fc = 1 GHz, @10 kHz), most synthesizers and signal generators can be analyzed.
Large multi-touch screen
A high-resolution 10.1-inch screen with multi-touch ensures easy and efficient operation. Even the use of a mouse and keyboard is possible via USB.

Vector signal modulation analysis for analog (AM/FM) and digital (ASK/FSK/PSK/MSK/QAM) signals. Supports Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) evaluation as well as computer data recording and playback of recorded data together with a Siglent SSG5000X RF signal generator.
