The SIGLENT SSA3000X Plus series spectrum analyzers are powerful and flexible tools for RF signal and network analysis. With a frequency range up to 7.5 GHz, the analyzer delivers reliable automatic measurements and multiple modes of operation: spectrum analyzer as the base, optional functions include RF power measurement, vector signal modulation analysis, reflection measurement and EMI test. Applications include broadcast monitoring/evaluation, site survey, S-parameter measurement, analog/digital modulation analysis, EMI pre-compliance test, R&D, education, production and maintenance.

The SSA3000X Plus Series offers a low-noise, high-performance RF front-end with a low Displayed Average Noise Level (DANL) of only -161 dBm/Hz and a standard integrated preamplifier. The high sensitivity enables the analysis of weak signals.
EMI Measurement Mode (EMI Option)
Comprehensive EMC compliance measurements with CISPR 16-1-1 EMI filter and built-in CISPR band A/B/C/D presets. Supports peak, quasi-peak and EMI average detectors and multiple preset standards for convenient comparison of emissions to regulatory limits. Bar graph displays and continuous monitoring of the signal allow quick detection of maximum amplitude.
Modulation analysis mode (AMA/DMA option)
Vector signal modulation analysis for analog (AM/FM) and digital (ASK/FSK/PSK/MSK/QAM) signals. Supports error vector magnitude (EVM) evaluation as well as computer data recording and playback of recorded data together with a Siglent SSG5000X RF signal generator.
