Description
TH2838 is a new generation impedance tester utilising the world's most advanced autobalance bridge theory. With a basic accuracy of 0.05 %, a speed of up to 5.6 ms, a frequency range of 20 Hz to 2 MHz and an impedance test range of up to 1 GΩ, this new impedance tester fulfils all test requirements for components and materials, especially for testing low D capacitors and high Q inductors. The four-pair configuration eliminates the effect of electromagnetic coupling in the test lead, extending the lower limit for low impedance testing by a factor of ten compared to five-pair testers.TH2838/TH2838H/TH2838A supports 20 V AC test signals and 40 V DC bias. The newly added enhanced multi-parameter list sweep/graph analysis enables customers to evaluate components more comprehensively.
