Description
The Tonghui TH2839 series is a high-precision impedance analyser with auto-balance bridge technology and four-wire measurement, which covers test frequencies from 20 Hz to 10 MHz (TH2839A to 5 MHz) with a basic accuracy of 0.05 % and thus reliably detects even the smallest impedance and phase changes.Thanks to up to 15 measuring ranges, a maximum measuring speed of 7.7 ms, 201-point list and multi-parameter graphic scan functions as well as automatic polarity detection for varactor diodes, the device offers maximum stability, flexibility and speed for component testing. An integrated 7″ display (800×600) and 10-bin sorting functions with audible and visual alarms optimise workflow and quality assurance.
The TH2839 series is ideal for analysing passive components (capacitors, inductors, resistors, piezo and network components), parasitic parameters of semiconductors (LED driver ICs, transistors) and material testing (PCBs, ceramics, plastics, ferrites and liquid crystal cells). SCPI compatibility with Keysight E4980A/E4980AL and HP4284A as well as external DC bias of up to ±40 V (extension to 120 V via TH1778) round off the range of functions.
