Description
The TH2851 series is a precision impedance analyser with test frequencies from 10 Hz to 130 MHz, a basic accuracy of 0.08 %, four-pole auto-balance bridge technology and AC signals from 5 mV-2 V and DC bias up to ±40 V/±100 mA.It offers three measurement modes (point, list and graphic scan), a 1601-point multi-parameter list function and four-channel curve display with 16 split-screen layouts.
With up to 5 ms test speed, high stability and SCPI compatibility (e.g. Keysight E4990A/E4980A, HP4284A), a wide range of passive and semi-conductive components can be precisely characterised.
Powerful sorting functions and graphical analysis tools support automated component testing and quality control in the laboratory and production.
