Description

The TH9010/TH9010A series are modular multi-channel hipot/safety testers from Tonghui that offer parallel test channels (8 for TH9010, 4 for TH9010A) for simultaneous insulation testing. Both models feature programmable test sequences (AC withstand, DC withstand, insulation/resistance test, open/short check), TFT LCD user interface and comprehensive safety functions for automated test systems.

  • AC withstand voltage test up to 5.00 kV AC (±2 %)
  • DC withstand voltage test up to 6.00 kV DC (±2 %)
  • Insulation/insulation resistance test 0.10-1.00 kV (±2 %) with measuring range 0.1 MΩ-10 GΩ and graduated accuracies ±(10 % / ±20 %) 
  • Open/short check via scanner modules (contact check) 
  • Fast discharge and arc detection functions, adjustable rise/fall times and waiting times (0.1-999.9 s) 
  • Safety functions: Ground current detection, key lock, OVP/OCP/OPP/OTP settings, electrical shock protection mechanisms 
  • Storage: Up to 100 test files (user manual: 20 files with up to 20 steps each; datasheet: 100 test files)
  • Interfaces: Standard RS232, USB host/device, HANDLER interface; optional GPIB; SCPI/Modbus via USB/RS232/LAN
  • Measurement functions: Voltage, current and resistance measurement within the test runs; display of PASS/FAIL per channel and overall status
