The TH9110/TH9110A/TH9111/TH9111A series are single-phase AC/DC insulation and hipot testers from Tonghui with programmable test sequences (AC/DC dielectric strength, insulation test, OSC test), TFT LCD user interface and comprehensive safety functions for automated test systems.Features
- 7″ TFT LCD (800×480) with Chinese/English user interface and numeric keypad for intuitive operation
- With AC 0.05-5 kV and DC 0.05-6 kV dielectric strength tests, accuracy ±1 %, resolution 2 V
- AC/DC current measuring ranges: TH9110 & TH9111: AC 0.001-120 mA (≤4 kV) or 0.001-100 mA (>4 kV), DC 0.0001-25 mA; TH9110A & TH9111A: AC 0.001-40 mA, DC 0.0001-20 mA, each with ±1 % measuring accuracy
- Output power: TH9110 & TH9111: 500 VA (AC) or 150 VA (DC at 6 kV); TH9110A & TH9111A: 200 VA (AC) or lower DC power
- Insulation test voltage DC 0.05-5 kV, resistance range 0.1 MΩ-50 GΩ, resolution 0.1 MΩ, accuracy ±(1 % of set value + 0.1 % FS)
- Automatic discharge function after end of test (DC) and fast discharge; ARC detection AC 1-20 mA, DC 1-10 mA; OSC (open/short check) with standard capacitance input
- Safety functions: High voltage floating output (TH9110 only), leakage current detection (<3 mA when floating), OVP/OCP/OTP/OPP, key lock, PASS/FAIL indication with audible signal
- Memory: Up to 100 test files with up to 50 steps each
- Interfaces: RS232, USB host/device, HANDLER; optional GPIB; SCPI/Modbus protocol via USB/RS232/LAN
- Fast voltage rise/fall times can be set (0.1-999.9 s) and measurement and waiting times can be configured
- Compact dimensions 430×132×500 mm, robust design, intelligent fan control
