Description

The TH9310/TH9320 series are single-phase hipot/safety testers with AC/DC withstand voltage and insulation test function, compact and lightweight for use in laboratories and production. The TH9310 offers AC 5 kV/10 mA and DC 6 kV/5 mA, the TH9320 AC 5 kV/20 mA and DC 6 kV/10 mA, each with programmable test sequences, fast discharge and comprehensive interfaces.

  • Four test functions: AC withstanding voltage, DC withstanding voltage, insulation resistance (IR) and open/short check 
  • Insulation test: 0.10-1.00 kV, resistance ranges 1 MΩ-9,999 MΩ with automatic discharge at the end of the test; accuracy typ. ±(5 % reading + 2 digits) in the 500-1000 V range, ±(10 % reading + 2 digits) above this range 
  • Arc Detection & Discharge: Automatic discharge after DC test; ARC detection in several AC/DC sensitivity levels 
  • Programming and memory: Up to 5 test programmes/steps (depending on model), typ. 5 groups × up to 20 or 50 steps (depending on firmware version) 
  • Display & operation: 480×272 dot-matrix TFT-LCD, numeric keypad and softkeys for intuitive menu navigation 
  • Interfaces: RS232, USB host/device, HANDLER/PLC, optional GPIB/LAN with SCPI/Modbus protocol for automation integration 
  • Safety functions: OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, ground current detection, key lock, PASS/FAIL display with acoustic signal 
  • Time control: Adjustable voltage rise/fall times and test duration 0.1-999.9 s, waiting times for IR 0.2-999.9 s, time accuracy ±(1 % + 0.1 s) 
  • Robust, compact design: dimensions approx. 280×89×428 mm, weight TH9310 ≈13 kg, TH9320 ≈15 kg, low space requirement
