Description
The TH9320-S series are modular hipot/safety testers with AC/DC withstand voltage and insulation test functionality in a compact, lightweight housing. Available as TH9320-S4 (4 channels) and TH9320-S8 (8 channels), they offer programmable test sequences for AC and DC withstand voltages as well as insulation testing, rapid discharge and ARC detection, suitable for automation test benches in production and laboratories.Features

- Insulation test: test voltage 0.10-1.00 kV, resistance range 1 MΩ-9,999 MΩ with automatic discharge at the end of the test
- Multi-channel scan: Integrated interface for 4 channels (TH9320-S4) or 8 channels (TH9320-S8), programmable for parallel tests and fast multi-point tests
- Display & operation: 480×272 TFT LCD with dot-matrix display, numeric keypad and clear GUI
- Fast discharge & ARC detection: Automatic discharge after DC tests; ARC detection in several sensitivity levels (AC/DC)
- Sensitivity levels (AC/DC 1-9 level)
- Programmable test sequences: Up to 20 test steps per programme, 5 memory groups for sequence management
- Time control: Adjustable voltage rise time and test duration up to 999.9 s, waiting time for insulation test up to 999.9 s, time accuracy ±(1%+0.1 s)
- Interfaces: Standard HANDLER, RS232, USB Device/Host for PC communication and automation integration
- Safety functions: OVP/OCP/OTP/OPP, ground current detection, keypad lock, PASS/FAIL indicator with acoustic signal
