The TH9410A/TH9411A series are robust ground bond testers (earth resistance testers) with four-pole measurement, adjustable test currents and extensive safety functions, designed for automated test sequences in production and laboratories.

  • Adjustable test current: TH9410A: 1.00-45.00 A; TH9411A: 1.00-32.00 A, in graduated ranges for precise earth resistance measurement 
  • Four-pole measurement: four-wire test mode for accurate resistance measurement up to 600 mΩ, independent of line or connection resistances 
  • High accuracy: resistance accuracy ±(2 % reading + 2 digit), current accuracy ±(2 % reading + 3 digit) and fine resolution (0.01 A for current; 0.1 mΩ-1 mΩ depending on range) 
  • Wide measuring range earth resistance: 0-600 mΩ, bias setting possible (0-100 mΩ) to compensate for reference values 
  • Long-term test: Test time adjustable 0.5-999.9 s or continuous (0=continuous), with high time resolution (0.1 s) and accuracy ±(0.1 % + 0.05 s) 
  • Safety: Keyboard Lock and Safety Lock prevent operating errors; automatic discharge at the end of the test 
  • Large display: 480×272 pixel TFT LCD for displaying measured values, status and menu navigation 
  • Programmable sequences: Storage of up to 20 test files with up to 20 test steps each for automated test sequences 
  • Interfaces: RS232, USB host/device, HANDLER for integration into automated test systems and remote control
  • Stable power source: Internal power amplifier circuit for constant output current, independent of mains or load fluctuations
