The TH9410A/TH9411A series are robust ground bond testers (earth resistance testers) with four-pole measurement, adjustable test currents and extensive safety functions, designed for automated test sequences in production and laboratories.Features

- High accuracy: resistance accuracy ±(2 % reading + 2 digit), current accuracy ±(2 % reading + 3 digit) and fine resolution (0.01 A for current; 0.1 mΩ-1 mΩ depending on range)
- Wide measuring range earth resistance: 0-600 mΩ, bias setting possible (0-100 mΩ) to compensate for reference values
