Description
The TH9201 series are single-phase AC/DC hipot/insulation testers with programmable test sequences for dielectric strength (AC/DC), insulation resistance and open/short check. The TH9201S model supplements this with an in-built 8-channel scanner for parallel test channels, thus increasing the efficiency of multi-point tests.Features
- Four test functions: AC Withstanding Voltage, DC Withstanding Voltage, Insulation Resistance (IR), Open/Short-Check (OS)
- AC output up to 5.00 kV AC / 30 mA, DC output up to 6.00 kV DC / 10 mA with high accuracy ±(1 % reading + 5 digits) and fast discharge function
- Insulation resistance test 0.05 kV-1.00 kV, 0.1 MΩ-10 GΩ (TH9201S up to 10 mA) with automatic range and software control
- Open/short check for contact testing before HV test
- 8-channel matrix scanner integrated in TH9201S for parallel tests (optionally up to 16 channels with external scanners)
- 240×64 dot-matrix LCD for clear display, numeric keypad and rotary knob for intuitive operation
- Programmable test sequences: up to 50 files × 100 steps (500 steps total), memory for start parameters and USB backup
- Fast voltage rise/fall times adjustable (0.1 s-999 s) and waiting times (0.1 s-99.9 s)
- Arc detection, electric wall (leakage current protection), ground current detection, key lock, PASS/FAIL display with acoustic signal
- Comprehensive interfaces: Standard RS232, USB host/device, HANDLER/PLC, SCAN interface; optional GPIB and LAN/Modbus/SCPI
