Description
The OP40000-2 is a 40000X attenuation probe tip with a 200 MHz bandwidth and a voltage range of ±20000 V for the fiber-optically isolated Micsig SIGOFIT series.
The probe tips are available in attenuation levels of 20x, 50x, 100x, 200x, 500x, 1000x, 2000x, 5000x, 10000x, 20000x, 30000x and 40000x, as well as in bandwidths of 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz.
