Description
The SDM4055A-SC digital multimeter has a multiplexer for multipoint measurements. The scanner has 12 multipurpose channels and 4 current channels and supports the following measurement functions: DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, 2WR, 4WR, CAP, FREQ, DIODE, CONT and TEMP (RTD and thermocouple). It provides a convenient and versatile solution for test applications requiring multiple measurement points or signals and is an ideal tool for burn-in testing in research and development as well as production testing.
NOTE: The scanner is only included with new SDM4055A-SC products. It cannot be added to SDM4055A-SC devices at a later date.
