The Siglent SDS5054X storage oscilloscope has a bandwidth of 500-MHz and 4 analog channels. It has a maximum sampling rate of 5 GSa/s and a memory depth of 250 Mpts. The user-friendly design of the control interface allows quick access to the most frequently needed functions.

Hardware details
The SDS5000X series uses Siglent's SPO technology with a maximum signal acquisition rate of up to 110,000 Wfm / s (normal mode, up to 480,000 Wfm / s in sequence mode). It also features an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports several powerful trigger modes, including triggering via serial bus. Recording of signal waveform history, sequence capture, and search and navigate, allows extended signal waveforms to be captured, stored, and analyzed.
An impressive array of measurement and calculation functions, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary signal generator, and serial decoding are also already included in the SDS5000X series . The 10.1 "large capacitive touch screen with touchscreen supports multi-touch gestures. The SDS5000X series also supports mouse and external keyboard control.

Sequence Mode
The segmented memory collection stores the signal waveform in multiple memory segments (up to 100,000), and each segment stores a triggered signal wave and the dead time information. The dead time between segments can be up to 2 μs. All segments can be played back with the history function
Search and navigate
The SDS5000X can search for user-specified events in a frame. Events marked with the search can be automatically retrieved with Navigate. It is also possible to navigate by time (delay position) and history frames
Recording lengths up to 250 Mpts/ch
Using hardware-based zoom technology and a recording length of up to 250 Mpts, users can select a slower time base without affecting the sampling rate and then zoom quickly to focus on the area of interest.
Parameter Statistics Function
The statistic shows the current value, the maximum value, the minimum value, the standard deviation and the mean value of up to 5 parameters simultaneously. A histogram shows the probability distribution of a parameter.
History Mode
The history function can record up to 100,000 frames of waveforms. Recording is automatic, so the customer can play back the stored waveform history at any time to observe unusual events and quickly locate the area of interest using the cursors and measurements.
Hardware-based high speed mask test function
The SDS5000X has a hardware-based mask test function that performs up to 110,000 pass/fail decisions per second. Custom test templates can be easily created to provide trace mask comparisons, making it suitable for long-term signal monitoring or automated production line testing
Up to 110,000 wfm/s update rate of the signal curve
With a signal waveform update rate of up to 110,000 Wfm / s, the oscilloscope can easily capture unusual events or low probability events. In sequence mode, the signal acquisition rate can reach 480,000 Wfm / s
Digital voltmeter function
4-digit voltmeter and 7-digit frequency counter. Any analog channel can be selected as a source. Bar, histogram and trend graphs are supported
