The SHA850-SOR software option gives the SHA850A series an integrated independent source of -40 dBm ~ 0 dB. This option provides a bandwidth of 100 kHz - 3.6 GHz for the SHA851A unit and a bandwidth of 100 kHz - 7.5 GHz for the SHA852A unit.
