Description

The TH2883S series are high-precision impulse winding testers with 4 or 8 channels, 7″ TFT display, LXI network capability and patented corona analysis, developed for automated quality tests on coils, transformers and motor windings.

  • Pulse voltage 100 V-5000 V in 10 V steps with ±(5% setpoint + 15 V) accuracy and read-back accuracy ±(5% actual value + 15 V) 
  • Choice of 8 channels (TH2883S8-5) or 4 channels (TH2883S4-5), programmable as high, low or OFF per channel 
  • 7″ TFT display (800×480, 65k colours) with clear waveform display and menu navigation in Chinese/English 
  • High sampling rate up to 200 MSps, memory depth 6 kByte, multi-sample average up to 32 passes for precise waveform capture 
  • Patented corona extraction algorithms and broadband analogue input circuit for reliable insulation testing 
  • Four comparison methods (Area Size, Differential Area, Corona Discharge, Differential Phase) for accurate quality assessment 
  • LXI-compatible and interfaces: Handler, RS232C, USB host/device, LAN for remote control, data exchange and automation integration 
  • Internal memory for up to 20 test procedures or standard waveforms; USB stick for external data storage, firmware upgrade and screen copies
