Extends the series' functionality to include FlexRay frame decoding, targeted triggering on TSS/frame/symbol, and automatic error marking for CRC and synchronization errors. Integration directly into the SDS5000X HD series interface.

The SDS5000HD-FlexRay software option adds specialized tools for analyzing FlexRay networks to SDS5000X HD oscilloscopes. Once activated, serial decoding tables, time-based frame views, and customizable trigger conditions are available, enabling reliable acquisition of transmission sequences, clock, and frame errors. Typical applications include the diagnosis and development of automotive communication systems, validation of ECU interfaces, and troubleshooting bus synchronization problems. The option supports various FlexRay baud rates, including default values and user-definable settings, allowing it to adapt to different vehicle topologies.
