The SSG3032X-IQE Plus is a professional RF signal generator offering a 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz frequency range in CW mode and 10 MHz to 3.2 GHz in IQ mode. Designed for R&D, production, service, and education, it combines low phase noise, optimized wideband noise and pulse performance, precise output control, and flexible analog and pulse modulation. With external I/Q modulation, it can work with external baseband sources to generate vector signals and multi-tone signals for advanced RF testing and active-device evaluation.

- 9 kHz–3.2 GHz CW frequency range and 10 MHz–3.2 GHz IQ frequency range
- 0.01 Hz frequency resolution for precise frequency setting
- Wide output level setting range: −110 dBm to +20 dBm, depending on frequency
- ≤0.7 dB level accuracy (typ.) and 0.01 dB level resolution
- Low phase noise: −117 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, 20 kHz offset (typ.)
- External I/Q modulation with dedicated I INPUT and Q INPUT
- Supports external baseband bandwidth of I or Q <100 MHz (typ.) and RF (I+Q) <200 MHz (typ.)
- Works with external IQ baseband sources, such as the SDG6000X, for vector and multi-tone signal generation
- Supports AM/FM/PM and pulse modulation
- Optional high-stability OCXO and pulse train generator
- Built-in power meter control for power calibration and cable-loss compensation
- USB, LAN, and optional GPIB interfaces for automated test-system integration
- 5-inch, 800 × 480 touchscreen with intuitive access to IQ, modulation, sweep, and trigger functions.
