Bode-Plot

The oscilloscope can control the built-in waveform generator or a stand-alone SIGLENT generator to scan the amplitude and phase frequency response of the DUT and display the data as a Bode plot. This can replace expensive network analyzers in some applications

Sequence mode

The segmented memory collection stores the waveform in multiple memory segments (up to 80,000) and each segment stores a triggered waveform and the dead time information. The interval between segments can be as small as 2 μs. All segments can be played back with the history function

Search and navigate

The oscilloscope can search for user-specified events in a frame. Events marked by the search can be automatically retrieved with Navigate. It can also navigate by time (delay position) and history frame

High signal update rate

With a signal update rate of up to 100,000 wfm/s, the oscilloscope can easily capture unusual or low-probability events. In sequence mode, the signal acquisition rate can reach 500,000 wfm/s.

Depth recording length

Using hardware-based zoom technology and a recording length of up to
up to 200 Mpts, users can select a slower time base without compromising
the sampling rate, and then quickly zoom in to focus on the area of interest.

Parameter statistics function

Statistics show the current value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and mean value of up to 12 parameters simultaneously. A histogram is available to show the probability distribution of a parameter. Trend and Track are available to display the parameter value over time.For horizontal parameters like period, all results are extracted from one frame instead of calculating only the first one. This speeds up the statistics on horizontal measurements much more and allows the distribution observation in one frame with histogram and track

Advanced mathematical function

In addition to the traditional operations (+, -, X, /), the FFT, integration, differential, square root and other functions are supported. The FFT function also supports a variety of window functions so that it can be adapted to different spectrum measurement requirements. The Three Modes (Normal, Average and Max Hold) meet different power spectrum observation requirements. In addition, automatic peak detection and markers are supported.

History mode

The history function can record up to 80,000 frames of waveforms. Recording is automatic, allowing the customer to replay the historical waveforms at any time to observe unusual events and quickly locate the area of interest using the cursors or measurements. The failed frames of the mask test can be saved as history

Measurements of a wide range of parameters

Parameter measurements include 4 categories: horizontal, vertical, miscellaneous, and CH delay, providing a total of over 50 different types of measurements. Measurements can be made within a specified gate period. Measurements in mathematical, reference and history frames are supported

Hardware based high speed mask test function

The oscilloscope uses a hardware-based mask test function that performs up to 14,000 pass/fail decisions per second. It is easy to generate custom test templates to provide trace mask comparisons, making it suitable for long-term signal monitoring or automated production line testing

Decoding of the serial bus

View the decoded characters via the event list. Quickly and intuitively tabulate bus protocol information. I 2 C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I 2 S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT and Manchester are supported

Built-in 25 MHz waveform generator

The built-in waveform generator can output waveforms with a frequency of up to 25 MHz and an amplitude of ±3 V. Six basic waveforms are supported along with several types of predefined waveforms and as user-defined arbitrary waveforms

12-bit high resolution

The 12-bit resolution shows you more detail and less noise in the waveform.
Low noise floor: Only 70 µVrms at 500 MHz bandwidth.

0.5% DC gain accuracy.
