Description
The MO34-250-Bundle turns two Micsig MO34-250 modular oscilloscopes into one 8-channel, 250 MHz measurement system. The MOS4 synchronizer distributes a shared 10 MHz reference clock and trigger to both units, so all eight channels acquire in step, with a time deviation of less than 100 ps between devices. With the free PC software, you control and operate both oscilloscopes as a single system.
At 250 MHz, the bundle suits embedded systems, motor control, power conversion and automotive bus work, where many signals have to be checked against each other in time: supply rails, PWM outputs, sensor lines and CAN or LIN traffic. Each channel records at 12-bit resolution with 3 GSa/s sampling and 360 Mpts memory.
The system is modular. The MOS4 synchronizes up to four oscilloscopes, so this bundle can grow to 16 channels by adding two more MO34 units, and further with additional synchronizers.

Why choose this bundle
- 8 synchronised channels. Eight time-aligned, 12-bit channels from one system, instead of a single 4-channel instrument or two unsynchronised scopes.
- Right-sized bandwidth. 250 MHz with a rise time of ≤ 1.4 ns covers typical embedded, control and power-conversion signals, without paying for bandwidth you do not use.
- One system, one interface. The free PC software controls both oscilloscopes as one 8-channel instrument. SCPI commands allow integration into automated test setups.
- Scales with your requirements. Add two more MO34 units to the same MOS4 for 16 channels, without replacing what you already own.
- Fits test racks and tight benches. No built-in display, 3 cm thin, stackable and rack-mountable. Use any HDMI monitor, or run it entirely from a PC.
- Supplier support. Advice, ordering and support from eVision Instruments as Micsig distributor.
Modular connection
The MO34 series supports rack mounting and the synchronisation of multiple devices in a matrix to achieve a larger number of analogue channels (4*N).The SFP+ connection also enables a data transfer speed of up to 1ß Gbps, offering unlimited possibilities for integration.
