Description
The SNA6124A vector network analyzer has a frequency range of 100 kHz to 13.5 GHz and supports 2/4-port scatter parameter, differential parameter, and time-domain measurements. The SNA6000A series vector network analyzers are effective instruments for determining the Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of a filter. They offer impedance conversion, measurement plane movement, limit testing, ripple testing, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion. The VNAs feature five sweep modes: linear frequency mode, log frequency mode, power sweep mode, CW time mode, and segment sweep mode. The SNA6000A series VNAs also support the correction of scattering parameters SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response and Enhanced Response for greater flexibility in R&D and manufacturing applications.

The Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) capabilities extend the VNA's functionality to comprehensively diagnose and characterize signal paths, lines, and cables. Furthermore, eye diagrams can be generated, which are crucial for evaluating signal integrity in digital communications. The combination of TDR and VNA also enables jitter analysis, essential for investigating the temporal stability of signals. Power supply for multiport devices
